Terms & Conditions

As a participant in the PUPcation Program, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I am at least 18 years old, and I have read and understand the rules and requirements of the PUPcation Program as provided herein by Angels to the Animals, Inc.2. I agree to provide a safe, clean, comfortable and temperature-controlled environment for the dog in my care, and to comply with all State, county and municipal laws and ordinances and all pertinent regulations pertaining to animal care and welfare.3. I understand that rescue dogs may have unknown medical, behavioral and/or emotional issues, and I agree to provide the necessary care and attention to manage these issues as directed by the PUPcation coordinator.4. I understand that dogs can be unpredictable, and may bite or cause injury. I assume all risks associated with the dog while it is in my care. I agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent such incidents, including but not limited to, keeping the dog on a leash or inside a crate when necessary, and warning others that the dog may bite.5. In the event that the rescue dog bites a person or another animal while in my care, I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, costs or liabilities arising from the incident. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angels to the Animals, Inc., its agents and volunteers from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising out of the incident.6. I understand that Angels to the Animals, Inc. is not responsible for any damages, costs or liabilities arising from my participation in the PUPcation Program, including any injury, illness or damage caused by the dog.7. I understand that the dog remains the property of Angels to the Animals, Inc., and I have no ownership rights or claims to the dog.8. I agree to return the dog to the assigned foster or boarding facility at the agreed upon date, time and location, or earlier if deemed necessary by the PUPcation coordinator.9. I understand that Angels to the Animals, Inc. has the right to terminate my participation in the PUPcation Program at any time and for any reason.
